Matt Davidse – Senior Account Manager at Assured Data Protection. Matt has been with Assured now for 5 months after working for Resellers for over 9 years and 15 years total within the industry. Across his time he has worked with customers of all sizes in all industries helping with hardware, software & Managed Service projects.

Cameron Walker – Account Manager at Assured Data Protection. Cameron been with Assured for 2.5 years. Within this time, he has been positioning our Rubrik as a Service solution to customers across all industries.

Nathan Connell – Senior Sales Engineer at Assured Data Protection. Nathan has worked in IT for nearly 10 years, with a wide range of exposure. He worked his way up starting in 1st/2nd line support before moving to project delivery, then on to solution architecture.

Kieron has been with SEP2 since 2019 and works in our support team.

For Kieron, there is no typical day at SEP2, for one day he can be working through open tickets, another day you could be working on a priority case for the duration of the day, and another day you could be working on an ongoing project, but what Kieron enjoys is that the mix of challenges keeps the role fresh and interesting.

Kieron likes that within the support team everybody works well together, and shares knowledge between every level and are constantly being encouraged to learn.

In his spare time, Kieron’s current favourite hobby is working on his allotment, which gives him a nice change of scenery and a break from technology.
