This February, we celebrate our ninth anniversary, marking nearly a decade of dedication, innovation, and success. As I reflect on the remarkable journey of SEP2 and our entry into the tenth year of trading, I am filled with immense pride and joy.

When SEP2 was founded, our vision was clear: to create a company that excels in its field while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We have remained steadfast in this vision, which continues to be a cornerstone of our identity. As SEP2 swiftly approaches the 100-employee mark, I am reminded of the significant growth and achievements we have attained together. The dedication and hard work of our team have been the driving force behind our success, and I eagerly anticipate what the future holds for SEP2.

We have addressed challenges head-on, embraced new technologies, and consistently delivered exceptional results for our customers. Each project, partnership, and achievement stand as a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence and our ethos of being a Tech-Driven, People-Powered organisation.

I am extremely proud of the outstanding work we do for our clients. At SEP2, we take pride in developing a team that provides continuous, round-the-clock monitoring service every day of the year. Ensuring that our clients can rest easy at night and enjoy time with their friends and families outside of working hours is one of our primary objectives.

Reflections from the Founders as SEP2 celebrates 9 years of business

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has been part of our journey. To our customers and partners, thank you for your trust and support. To the SEP2 team, thank you for your unwavering dedication and for cultivating an environment where innovation thrives.

There’s been so much happening in the last 9 years – time really does fly when you’re having fun! We are coming up close to breaking the “100 employee” mark, and it’s the people who make SEP2 what it is today that are certainly my proudest achievement.

I’m not going to lie, I love celebrating success at SEP2! Whether it’s winning a new customer, a sales apprentice booking their first meeting, shaking a BDG’s hand who helped close a big deal, or saying thank you to the experts across our teams who help deliver on that success… It’s all worth celebrating! Realising where we are now compared to when we started makes me shiver a bit at how much we have grown. It’s a bit scary as a company owner, but what all of us have built together is truly impressive. You should all be very proud of what you have achieved. Thank YOU (yes, you!). Thank you for the opportunity to work and learn from you all and I wish us continued success, together.
