As a founder of SEP2, Paul was here at the start and works in our technical team. Paul has been in the cyber security industry for over 15 years and still enjoys each day in a rapidly changing environment, knowing that he is contributing to the protection against cyber threats. Paul is inspired by people who have an infallible focus to make extraordinary differences in the world and that’s what makes him push for success in his team. Even with the exponential growth of the technical team, Paul will always want to be amongst the front line: ‘There’s a buzz you get collaborating with likeminded engineers, solving problems.’ The integrity of Paul’s work is of upmost importance, for him it’s about SEP2 doing things the right way. Paul winds down with a round of golf or cycling the hills of Yorkshire and keeping up with anything cyber security.

Darren Swift

Senior Customer Engineer, Google

Darren Swift is a Security Engineer for Google Cloud Security solutions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He focuses on Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Security Orchestration Automation and Response (SOAR), Zero Trust, and Cloud Security Posture Management. Darren has been at Google for 2 years, where he first joined to build the UKI security practice. Darren is a true family man and loves nothing more than spending time with his family. He is also an avid Formula 1 fan, amateur race car driver, snowboarder, and a true all-around car lover.

Charlotte Wilson

Head of Enterprise Business UKI, Check Point

Charlotte Wilson is a senior cybersecurity leader, keynote speaker and recognised voice on ethical AI, digital trust and the future of secure technology. She leads enterprise and strategic sales at Check Point Software Technologies in the UK, working with major organisations to strengthen cyber resilience and navigate the risks emerging from an increasingly AI-driven world. Charlotte is a regular keynote speaker and media commentator, frequently discussing the intersection of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and the societal implications of rapidly advancing technology. Her work focuses on closing the growing “trust gap” between innovation and governance, helping organisations deploy AI responsibly while maintaining public confidence. Alongside her commercial leadership, Charlotte is a passionate advocate for inclusive innovation. Throughout her career she has founded and led employee resource groups supporting women in cyber, LGBTQ+ communities, accessibility and early-career professionals, helping build more diverse and equitable technology workforces.
