TeamSEP2 at Kite Charity Cup

TeamSEP2 came together at Powerleague Battersea to take part in the inaugural Kite Charity Cup, a five-a-side football tournament in support of Tommy’s the pregnancy and babyloss charity. After a series of hard-fought matches, SEP2 made it all the way to the final, facing off against Hoxhunt in a tense and tightly contested game. With the clock ticking down and both teams giving it their all, Hoxhunt ultimately edged ahead to take the win with our team placing second. 

While we didn’t take home the gold, we’re incredibly proud of TeamSEP2’s performance and the spirit they showed throughout the day. It was a brilliant opportunity to connect with peers, support a meaningful cause, and enjoy some friendly competition. This event wasn’t just about football. Thanks to the generosity of everyone involved, £2,321 has already been raised for Tommy’s, with more donations still coming in. Thank you to Kite for hosting such a fantastic event, we’re looking forward to being back next year!
