10 Years of Customer Success

The original group of people who founded SEP2 were very deep in their knowledge of this type of technology, which can be complicated. It’s become the whole field of firewalls, intrusion prevention, antivirus, ransomware, etc. Cyber security as a whole has really ballooned, and there’s lots of dimensions to it, but SEP2 have managed to keep up.

A Decade in the Making

I was employee number one, and in the ten years I’ve been here, I’ve helped grow a company that invests in its people to build something truly People Powered and Tech Driven. Joining a start up was a calculated risk that paid off, and I’m incredibly proud to have watched SEP2 grow from a four-desk office to the powerhouse we are today. As Head of Service Delivery, it’s an honor to celebrate such an incredible milestone!

It’s rare to find a career where the growth of the company so perfectly mirrors your own. I joined this journey nine years ago as the first sales employee, making cold calls from my parents’ house and later a tiny shared office with an estate agent. Today, as I lead a commercial team of over 25 talented people, I look back at those early days with immense pride. Not many people get to say they truly love their job after nearly a decade—but I absolutely do. Happy 10th Anniversary to a company that felt like home even when we didn't have a real office!
