CRN Women & Diversity in Channel Awards

Two employees from SEP2 named as finalists in the CRN Women & Diversity in Channel Awards

Recently, we were presented with two awards at the CRN Sales & Marketing awards, Best Apprenticeship Scheme, and Best Company to Work For (sub £100m) within the reseller category.

Following this, we have now had further success by having two of our employees named as finalists in 2 categories in the CRN Women & Diversity in Channel Awards.

The following awards we were recognised as finalists for are:

Marketing Employee of the Year – Reseller

Payten Stockton

Unsung Hero – Reseller

Mahreen Jamil

The CRN Women & Diversity in Channel Awards are a great way of recognising great women in the channel. CRN says: “The challenge of increasing diversity in tech is now firmly on the agenda across the UK, but it is far from a solved problem. These special awards aim to champion, recognise, and celebrate women and diversity in the channel.

We want to put firms and individuals in the spotlight that are not only tackling gender issues, but are making diversity, in all senses, a priority within their business.

Women are still well under-represented across the industry. We feel that shouting about the accomplishments of women in the channel – not because they are women, but because their accomplishments are worth shouting about – can play an important role in tackling diversity in the channel.”

We are extremely proud to have two employees as finalists in these categories and we look forward to the main event in October! Good luck to all of those involved.
