Working alongside the Wingman Security Operation Centre, this role provides reactive Digital Forensics and Incident Response capability to SEP2’s customers. This is for both retainer-based clients and to support more detailed investigations as part of our Wingman Managed Detection & Response customer base.

As a member of SEP2’s award-winning Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business, securing new customers, delivering solutions, and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with our valued clients and trusted vendors.

The Security Operations team, that this role is situated in, provides security monitoring and use case/playbook implementation on customer tenants, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. This role goes beyond pure analysis to include significant customer engagement to ensure long-term client retention.
