Here are my personal thoughts on why our Wingman service offering is top of the stack when it comes to service quality and technical excellence.
Our Wingman services offer a comprehensive end-to-end post-sale cycle. We work closely with our customers throughout the entire process, guiding them through our Professional Services project design and implementation, transitioning to support account management, personnel and systems onboarding, configuring monitoring and backup solutions, conducting an in-depth onboarding health check service with remediation included, and finally moving into live service while keeping our customers systems operational, available and secure.
