Core Services
Primary Function:
Supporting the Sales, Marketing, Finance and Alliance functions with operational processes with the ultimate goal of driving more efficiency in revenue-generating activities.
Hybrid working either London or Leeds once a week, Leeds also once a Month and QBR/SKO once a quarter.
Main Tasks (In priority order):
- Manage and keep updated all key commercial systems ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
- Document and maintain all sales processes via Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Identifying and implementing improvements.
- Order deliveries – tracking and issuing order fulfilments to customers (hardware and software/licenses). Ensure timely communication with the customer upon delivery.
- Establish strong, cross-functional connections between Sales and Finance, Sales and Marketing, and Sales and Alliances, including processes and offering support to Finance, Marketing and Alliances as needed.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support the foreign exchange strategy.
- Conduct commercial research to support sales campaigns.
- Maintaining and updating all sales and service reports.
- Maintaining deal registrations and general sales administration.
- Act as the escalation point and provide support for all Commercial Management Team (CMT) members during Head of Sales absence.
- Maintain hygiene of all active pipeline deals for key financial information, ensure deals are reopened when errors are found.
- Data Analysis and reporting – Monitor and track performance during Customer Engagement Days with the Sales team, and assist in forecasting to the board.
- Provide operational support, training, and tools for sales representatives to improve performance.
- Working with Finance to manage commission calculations for the sales team.

Qualifications & Experience:
Must Have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales/Operations role within Cyber Security channel (Vendor/Distributor/VAR/MSSP).
- Good understanding of Cyber security industry products and services.
- Competent in using sales-related platforms.
Nice to have:
- Experience in order processing.
- Experience with any of the following tools: Pipedrive, Cognism, Jimminy, Xero.
- Proven track record in sales.
